Since June 13, 2014, we as brokers have been obliged to inform you of your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with \u00a7355 BGB (German Civil Code). This is because you enter into a contract with us when you receive information about a property from MaklerinM\u00fcnster, Margherita Magri Immobilien or go on a viewing with us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The commission is only due to you if a purchase or rental agreement is actually concluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can only act on your behalf before the cancellation period expires if this is expressly requested! We know that it is difficult to work your way through the jungle of contracts. However, we want to work honestly and with legal certainty: The procedure creates transparency and trust, because it primarily protects you as a consumer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the recipient, you will receive an automated e-mail informing you of the cancellation options, a link to an explanatory film and a PDF with the cancellation policy as an attachment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As soon as you give your consent in the e-mail (by simply clicking on \u2018Yes, I agree and would like to open the expos\u00e9\u2019) that you want to start before the expiry of the cancellation period, MaklerinM\u00fcnster, Margherita Magri Immobilien can provide you with the expos\u00e9. When you click on the link, the expos\u00e9 will immediately be available in your download folder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
