The income approach is one of three methods regulated by the ImmoWertV. At the same time, it is the only one that is specifically suited to properties that generate rental income, such as apartment buildings, commercial properties, or even rented condominiums.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The income approach is a complex calculation that distinguishes between two methods: the simplified income approach and the full income approach.
