The \u201cFederal subsidy for efficient buildings &#8211; individual measures\u201d, or BEG EM for short, is your opportunity to make a targeted investment in the future of your home. With BEG EM, you can implement individual renovation measures and benefit from government subsidies.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Individual measures are funded<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>on the building envelope,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on the system technology,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>systems for efficient heat generation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for heating optimization and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construction supervision,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>which are described in more detail below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. individual measures on the building envelope (BAFA)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Insulation of the building envelope (exterior walls, roof surfaces, storey ceilings and floor surfaces) and renovation\/ refurbishment of curtain walls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renewal, replacement or first-time installation of windows, exterior doors and gates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Summer heat protection through replacement or initial installation of external solar shading devices with optimized daylight supply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. system technology (BAFA)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installation, replacement or optimization of ventilation and air conditioning systems including heat and cold recovery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation of digital systems to optimize energy operation and consumption or to improve the efficiency of the building&#8217;s technical systems (\u201cEfficiency Smart Home\u201d) or the connected (eligible) building network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. systems for efficient heat generation (KfW)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installation of efficient heat generators and heating support systems such as\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>solar thermal systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biomass heating systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>electrically driven heat pumps,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fuel cell heating systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hydrogen heating systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>innovative heating technology based on renewable energies,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connection to a building network or heating network,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temporary heating technology in the event of a heating defect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. heating optimization (BAFA)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hydraulic balancing of the heating system including adjustment of the heating curve<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replacing heating pumps and adjusting the flow temperature and pump output<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measures to reduce the return temperature in building networks within the meaning of the directive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insulation of pipelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation of panel heating systems, low-temperature radiators and heat accumulators in the building or close to the building (on the building site)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measurement and control technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation of systems based on temperature-based hydraulic balancing methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. specialist planning and construction supervision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mandatory prerequisite for applying for BEG funding is that the refurbishment is accompanied by an expert. Up to 50 percent of the costs are covered: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>max. 5,000 euros for detached and semi-detached houses per grant notification,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>max. EUR 2,000 per residential unit for residential buildings with more than two parties (no more than EUR 20,000 per grant notification).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The experts must be selected from the list of energy efficiency experts. The funding procedure is handled by KfW and BAFA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We manage all measures from the start to the implementation and completion of your project.
