Benefit from lower energy costs, improved living comfort and an active contribution to climate protection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our services at a glance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. consulting and planning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will advise you in detail about the possibilities and advantages of a complete refurbishment to an efficiency house. Together, we will draw up a refurbishment plan for you that includes all the necessary measures and is tailored to your individual needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funding is available for energy measures that lead to at least efficiency house level 85. The efficiency house level indicates the class of energy efficiency. The values 40, 55, 70 and 85 define the different levels. The lower the figure, the lower the energy requirement of the property. The highest level to be achieved is therefore Efficiency House (EH) 40.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The term \u201cefficiency house\u201d stands for an energy standard for residential buildings. It is made up of two criteria: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Amount of the total energy requirement of the property<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality of the thermal insulation of the building envelope.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Support is also available for ancillary construction costs and restoration costs. Ancillary construction costs include various expenses that may be incurred as part of the refurbishment (e.g. for architectural and engineering services). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. energy-efficient modernization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We systematically plan the complete energy-efficient refurbishment of your building. This includes, among other things: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Measures on the building envelope<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>System technology<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Systems for efficient heat generation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Heating optimization<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. subsidies and financing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you renovate a residential building into an efficiency house or buy a newly renovated efficiency house, you will be supported with a loan with a repayment subsidy. We can help you apply for subsidies and grants under the BEG WG. Take advantage of the state subsidies to significantly reduce the costs of the refurbishment. We support you with all the formalities and ensure that you make the most of all available subsidies.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. quality assurance and acceptance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the renovation work, we check that the eligible measures are actually implemented. After the renovation work, we carry out a comprehensive quality control and ensure that all requirements for the measures have been met professionally. We take care of all the necessary evidence and documentation required for payment of the subsidy.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. construction supervision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The necessary specialist planning and construction supervision by an energy efficiency expert is also subsidized. The maximum amount of eligible costs is up to EUR 10,000 per project for detached and semi-detached houses and a maximum of EUR 4,000 per residential unit for multi-family houses with 3 or more residential units, up to a maximum total of EUR 40,000 per project.
