The subsidy for the energy consultation and preparation of the iSFP amounts to a maximum of 80% of the consultation fee, meaning that a certain personal contribution must be made. The subsidy is paid directly to the energy consultant. This means that only the aforementioned personal contribution is payable. In comparison to many other funding programs, the applicant does not have to make any advance payments here.
In detail, the amount of the subsidy is as follows:
- max. 1,300 euros for detached and semi-detached houses,
- max. 1,700 euros for residential buildings with at least three residential units
